Who Can Use the No Deposit

Option and When They Can Use?

• Returning customers with a good rental history
• Customers with verified documents
• In Special seasonal offers or promotions

How It Works:

• You still need to follow all rental rules and terms
• Any fines, tolls (Salik), or damage charges will be settled separately at the end of the rental

Important:

• No Deposit Option is Available only on selected vehicles and under specific conditions
• Not available for high-risk bookings (e.g. luxury cars, first-time customers, underage drivers)

A refundable security deposit is required before renting any vehicle. This amount is held on your card and is returned after the rental period — once all fines, tolls, and possible charges are cleared. The full amount will be released within 21–30 days.

Driver Requirements

• 18 to 65 years
• Minimum 1 year driving experience

For UAE Residents

• Emirates ID
• UAE Driving License

For Tourists

• Passport
• UAE Visit Visa
• Home Country Driving License
• International Driving Permit (IDP)

• Daily: 250 kilometers
• Weekly: 1750 kilometers
• Monthly: 4500 kilometers

For all the DRD Car Rental LLC vehicles

Salik (Toll Gates):  AED 5

Fuel Charges: AED 100 – 500

Please return the car with the same fuel level. If it's lower, refueling charges will apply.

Damages

Drive carefully! Normal wear is fine, but extra damage may cost you. Ask our team for the damage price list.

Cleaning Fee: AED 700

Return the car clean. If extra cleaning is needed, a AED 700 charge will apply.

Traffic Fines

Any traffic fines during your rental are your responsibility. An extra AED 20 service fee is added to each fine.

Smoking Fine : 1000 AED

There is a 1000 AED fine for smoking inside the car. Please be notified about it.

No Off-Road Driving

All cars must be driven on regular roads only. Off-road driving may cause damage.

No Smoking

Smoking is not allowed inside the car to keep it clean and fresh for the next renter.

No Pets

Please don’t bring pets into the car to avoid damage or hygiene issues.

No Modifications

Do not change or add anything to the car's design or features.

No Overloading

Stick to the allowed number of passengers and luggage weight to avoid issues.

No Racing or Speeding

Racing or driving beyond the legal speed limit is strictly forbidden.

Authorized Drivers Only

Only drivers listed in the rental agreement can drive the car. Let us know if you want to add another driver.

Drive Responsibly

You’re responsible for the car — always park safely and take good care of it.

Follow Traffic Laws

Always obey traffic rules during your rental period.

Report Any Accidents

In case of any damage or accident, you must inform our team immediately.

No Driving Outside the UAE

Cross-border travel is not allowed. Keep the vehicle within the UAE.

Airport Delivery

Free delivery and pickup available from Dubai airports.

Return Options

You can return the car to our designated location or request pickup (extra charges may apply outside Dubai).

Maintenance

Check basic things like tire pressure and fuel level. If you notice any mechanical issues, report them to us right away.

Cleaning

A basic wash is fine. Please avoid expensive car washes. Extra cleaning fees apply if the car is returned very dirty or stained.

Authorized Drivers Only

Only the people listed in your rental agreement are allowed to drive the car.

Safe Parking

Always park in safe, legal places. Avoid parking in restricted areas or anywhere that could cause fines or complaints.

Keep the Car Secure

Lock the doors and windows when not in use to protect the car from theft or damage.

Insurance Coverage

Understand what your rental insurance covers. If there's an accident or issue, let us know immediately.
