Below are some common questions about car delivery, returns, and exchanges
Can I have the rental car delivered to my hotel or airport in Dubai?
Yes, we offer convenient delivery to your hotel, home, or directly to Dubai International Airport (DXB) for a hassle-free experience.
Is there an additional fee for car delivery and pick-up?
Car delivery and pick-up within Dubai city limits are usually free. Deliveries outside the city may include a small extra charge.
What documents do I need to provide at the time of delivery?
You will need to present your valid driving license, passport or Emirates ID, and your rental confirmation.
Can someone else receive the car on my behalf?
Yes, but the person must be listed as an main driver on the rental agreement but you as additional driver and present the required documents and sign the document
How does the car return process work?
You can return the car to our office or schedule a pick-up from your hotel, airport, or another location. Please contact us in advance to confirm the return location.
What happens if I return the car late?
A late return may result in additional hourly or daily charges. Please notify us if you expect to be late to avoid penalties.
Can I return the car to a different location?
Yes, we offer flexible return options. Returning the car to a different location may incur a relocation fee.
What should I do if I damage the car during my rental period?
Immediately contact our support team. Depending on your insurance coverage, you may be responsible for the damage charges.
Is the car inspected during delivery and return?
Yes, a full inspection is carried out during delivery and return. Both you and our staff will sign off on the car’s condition to ensure transparency.
What is your fuel policy upon return?
Please return the car with the same fuel level as at the time of delivery. Fuel differences may be charged upon return.

What type of driving license is accepted in Dubai?
UAE residents need a valid UAE driving license. Tourists can use their home country license if it is accepted in the UAE or must present an International Driving Permit (IDP) along with their original license.
What are the age requirements to rent a car in Dubai?
You must be at least 18 years old with a valid driving license to rent most cars. Some luxury or premium cars may require a minimum age of 21 years.
Is insurance included in the rental price?
Yes, basic insurance (third-party coverage) is included. Additional insurance options like Full Coverage and Collision Damage Waiver (CDW) are available for extra protection.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept cash, credit cards, debit cards, and online payments. A security deposit is required, usually blocked on your credit card and released after the 21 working days.
Is there a mileage limit on rental cars?
Rentals include 250 KM/Day, while others have a unlimited mileage limit. Additional kilometers may be charged if you exceed the limit.
What is your fuel policy?
The car will be provided with a set fuel level. You are required to return the car with the same fuel level to avoid refueling charges.
Can I drive the rental car outside Dubai?
Yes, you can drive within the United Arab Emirates. Cross-border driving to Oman or other countries is not allowed.
Do you offer baby seats or other accessories?
Yes, we provide baby seats, and other accessories upon request. Please request these in advance during your booking.
What happens if I get a traffic fine during my rental?
Traffic fines are the responsibility of the renter. You will be notified, and the fine amount will be charged to you, either during the rental or after the car is returned.
Can I extend my rental period?
Yes, you can extend your rental. Please contact us as early as possible to confirm availability and update your rental agreement.
